Caroline joins campaign to save the bees

Caroline joined campaigners outside Downing Street this morning as they handed in a mega petition asking the Environment Secretary, Liz Truss, to maintain the ban on the use of a pesticide linked to the decline in bee populations.

Later today the Expert Committee on Pesticides is meeting to decide their stance on the use of Neonicotinoids on Oil Seed Rape.

Campaigners, some of whom were dressed as bees, gathered outside Downing Street before handing in the petition that has been signed by over 400,000 people.
